  Every time I come to this specific O'Charley's, they are both incredibly slow to greet and their food is not that good half the time.
  
  I understand the slowness during peak hours, but the last few times we came in, not even 1/3 of the restaurant had customers. On this particular night, it took over 15 minutes before we were greeted and by that time, everyone was ready to order drinks and food.
  
  On busier days, we would be at the restaurant for well over 3 hours, and obviously most of that time was waiting to be served.
  
  On another note, most of the time I have ordered food, it was either to dry or bland or it didn't settle correctly with my stomach. I go the slow roasted rib this last time, since I've had it before and it was pretty good. Ever since I ate it last night, my stomach has been very upset and I haven't been able to eat anything else so far.
  
  I think this restaurant needs a serious revamp in cooks and service. Will not be coming back.

  Eat here often. Food almost always done right the first time (I tend to have a unique order). Service is usually pretty good. Only had a couple instances where service was below par, but management always made up for it.
